Development layouts for the financier's personal tropical island among the photographs.

Also included in this recent image release appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had created ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by building residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is annotated in notations in red and includes a legend labelling different areas of the land.

Alongside the main plan are what appear to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, featuring layouts for marina coverings.

More materials made public as part of the ongoing investigative process.
